  • 1/4 cup (60 milliliter) red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup (80 milliliter) vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoon (45 milliliter) Italiano
  • 1 pound (500 gram) beef steak
  • Sandwich bread or rolls

Preparation

  • 1 In a large self closing bag, combine vinegar, vegetable oil and Club House Italiano Signature Blend. Add flank steak and marinate for 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
  • 2 Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill to desired doneness. Slice thinly and place on bread. Garnish with sliced tomatoes, onions, olives and lettuce if desired.
