  • 1/4 cup (60 milliliter) red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup (80 milliliter) vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoon (45 milliliter) Italiano
  • 1 pound (500 gram) flank steak

Preparation

  • 1 Combine vinegar, oil and Club House Italiano Signature Blend in a plastic bag. Add steak and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
  • 2 Remove steak; discard marinade. Grill to desired doneness. Slice thinly to serve. Makes 4 servings.
