  • 2 cups (500 ml) diced yellow heirloom tomatoes (¼-inch dice)
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) finely diced red onion
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) seeded and finely chopped jalapeno pepper
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) each fresh lime juice and olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt
  • 1 1/12 tbsp (22 ml) Club House Southwest Chipotle Seasoning

Preparation

  • 1 In a medium bowl combine all ingredients.
  • 2 Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
