- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliters) Chili Powder
Preparation
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line large shallow baking pan with parchment paper. Arrange bacon slices in single layer on pan. Mix brown sugar and chili powder in small bowl. Sprinkle mixture evenly over bacon slices, pressing gently to coat.
- 2 Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on pan slightly before serving.
