  • 8 cups (2 liters) homogenized milk (3.25%)
  • 1 can (300 milliliters) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups (500 milliliters) dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliters) Pure Mint & Peppermint Extract

Preparation

  • 1 Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover.
