  • 1 cup (250 milliliters) heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) plus 2 tablespoons (30 ml) whole milk , divided
  • 1/3 cup (75 milliliters) cream cheese , softened
  • 3 tablespoons (45 milliliters) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) Cardamom Ground , divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliters) salt
  • 4 cups (1 liter) hot freshly brewed Earl Grey tea
  • 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) honey

Preparation

  • 1 For the cheese foam, place heavy cream, 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of the milk, cream cheese, sugar, 1/2 teaspoon (2 ml) of the cardamom and salt in blender container. Cover. Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy. Refrigerate until ready to serve
  • 2 Mix hot tea and honey in pitcher or large glass measuring cup until honey is dissolved. Cool completely. Whisk in remaining 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk and 1/2 teaspoon (2 ml) cardamom.
  • 3 To serve, fill 3 tall (16-ounce/475-ml) glasses about halfway with ice. Divide tea among glasses. Top with cheese foam. Sprinkle lightly with additional cardamom, if desired.
