- 3 tablespoon (45 milliliter) Spicy Thai Chili Dipping Sauce
- 1 teaspoon (5 milliliter) peanut or vegetable oil
- 2 cups (500 milliliter) unsalted peanuts, whole almonds or macadamia nuts
- 1 teaspoon (5 milliliter) Sea Salt Grinder
Preparation
- 1 In medium bowl, combine chili sauce and oil. Add nuts; toss to coat well. Add sea salt; toss to coat well.
- 2 Spread nuts in single layer on large baking sheet sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
- 3 Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 15 minutes or until nuts are golden, stirring occasionally.
- 4 Sweet & Spicy Thai Nuts: Add 1 tbsp (15 mL) brown or granulated sugar with sea salt; toss to coat well.
