- 4 tablespoon (60 milliliter) Salad Herbs
- 2 prepared flatbreads
- 10 1/2 ounce (300 gram) firm tofu, sliced
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliter) each sliced canned artichoke hearts, black olives, fresh tomato and shredded Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoon (60 milliliter) olive oil
Preparation
- 1 In a small bowl, combine oil and seasoning together. Brush ¼ of the mixture over the flatbreads.
- 2 In a large bowl, toss tofu with remaining oil and seasoning mixture. Spread across flatbreads.
- 3 Place artichokes, olives and tomato evenly across flatbreads and top with Parmesan.
- 4 Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
