  • 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) unsalted butter
  • 1 cup (250 milliliter) each julienne onions, red bell pepper and carrot
  • 2 fresh mussels
  • 1/2 cup (125 milliliter) each diced tomato and white wine
  • 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) Garlic Plus
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Preparation

  • 1 In large skillet, over medium heat, add butter and vegetables. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  • 2 Increase heat to high. Add mussels, tomato, wine, seasoning and lemon juice. Cover.
  • 3 Bring to a boil and simmer until mussels open, 2 -3 minutes.
  • 4 Serve immediately.
