- 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) unsalted butter
- 1 cup (250 milliliter) each julienne onions, red bell pepper and carrot
- 2 fresh mussels
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliter) each diced tomato and white wine
- 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) Garlic Plus
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
- 1 In large skillet, over medium heat, add butter and vegetables. Sauté for 2 minutes.
- 2 Increase heat to high. Add mussels, tomato, wine, seasoning and lemon juice. Cover.
- 3 Bring to a boil and simmer until mussels open, 2 -3 minutes.
- 4 Serve immediately.
