  • 1 Season chicken with salt and pepper. Bake, broil or grill until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Cut into 32 (1 in/2 cm) pieces.
  • 2 Peel mangoes. Cut flesh into 32 (1 in/2 cm) pieces.
  • 3 Thread each skewer with a mint leaf, a piece of chicken and a piece of mango. Serve with Peanut Satay Sauce.
