  • 1/2 medium avocado, peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup (250 ml) sour cream
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) Sea Salt Grinder
  • 1/4 tsp (2 ml) Garlic Powder

Preparation

  • 1 Place all ingredients in food processor. Process on high speed until smooth. Transfer to bowl; cover.
  • 2 Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • 3 Test Kitchen Tip:

    o Serve avocado crema with Puebla Hot Broth. Or, use as a topping for grilled meats, tacos, fajitas, quesadillas, burritos or nachos.
