Usage Tips
Serve as a dip with seafood, blanched asparagus and green beans. Great as a chip dip.
ALL YOU NEED
DIP – Makes 2 cups (500 mL)/ 16 servings
- 2 cups (500 mL) sour cream
DRESSING – Makes 2 cups (500 mL)/ 16 servings
- 1¼ cups (300 mL) mayonnaise
- ¾ cup (175 mL) milk
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) vinegar
ALL YOU DO
- COMBINE mix with dip or dressing ingredients. Whisk until smooth.
- REFRIGERATE until ready to use.
TIPS
For the dip, substitute non-fat Greek yogurt for the sour cream.
Add a spoonful of dip onto cooked salmon or fish of your choice.
