- ½ cup (125 mL) dry red wine
- Your choice of meat and vegetables to cook
ALL YOU DO
- COMBINE contents of one envelope with water in medium sauce pan.
- BRING to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
- ADD wine.
- POUR into fondue pot and simmer while cooking meat and vegetables in broth.

TIPS
Use very thin slices of meat and vegetables for best results and faster cooking.
Make sure the stand of the fondue pot is stable and on a flat surface to avoid spills.
