Lemon Herb Seafood Marinade

This unique marinade provides balance between the delicate flavour of lemon and herbs and the richness of stronger flavoured or firm fleshed fish.

Usage Tips

All you do: 1) Pour Marinade over fresh or thawed fish or peeled shrimp; turn to coat. 2) Marinate in refrigerator for 20 minutes. 3) Baste with fresh Marinade while cooking. Grill or Broil: Fish: 3-5 min. per side or until fish flakes easily with fork. Shrimp: 2-3 min. per side or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
