Cheese Sauce Mix

Rich and thick cheese sauce is a perfect compliment to your vegetables, potatoes or pasta.

Usage Tips

ALL YOU NEED

  • 1 ¼ cups (300 mL) milk

ALL YOU DO

  • WHISK milk and sauce mix together in saucepan.
  • BRING to boil over medium heat, whisking constantly.
  • REDUCE heat and simmer 3 minutes.

MAKES 1 ¼ CUP (300 mL) SAUCE

MICROWAVE TIP

  • COMBINE milk and sauce mix in 1 qt (1 L) microwave safe bowl.
  • COOK, uncovered on HIGH power for 3-4 minutes until bubbly and thickened, stirring after each minute.

TIPS

Serve over asparagus, broccoli or pasta.

For Loaded Fries: Layer French fries, ground beef, bell peppers and tomatoes. Top with cheese sauce and diced green onions. Must be cooked for food safety.
