Usage Tips
Use ground beef or a combination of ground beef and ground pork to make meatloaf. Club House Meat Loaf Seasoning is also great to make meatballs. Use prepared meatballs in stews or add to prepared spaghetti sauce.
ALL YOU NEED
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- ½ cup (125 mL) each milk and dry bread crumbs
- 2 lb (1 kg) ground beef
ALL YOU DO
- COMBINE eggs, milk, bread crumbs and seasoning mix in large bowl.
- ADD ground meat and mix well.
- PRESS mixture firmly into 9x5-in (22x13 cm) loaf pan.
- BAKE in 375°F (190°C) oven for 1 hour.
MAKES 10 SERVINGS
TIPS
Before baking, top with ½ cup (125 mL) of your favourite Club House La Grille BBQ Sauce.
For meatballs, mix as directed. Form into 1-in (2.5 cm) balls. Bake on broiler rack in 350°F (180°C) oven for 30 minutes.
