Yorkshire Pudding Mix

The traditional accompaniment to roast beef, Yorkshire Pudding is crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.

Usage Tips

Yorkshire pudding mix is combined with egg and milk, and baked in muffin tins. Try them with Club House Slow Cookers Pot Roast, or with syrup or jam as a substitute for pancakes.

 

ALL YOU NEED

  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
  • ⅓ cup (75 mL) water
  • 1 large egg

ALL YOU DO

  • PREHEAT oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • MEASURE ½ tsp (2 mL) oil into each of 6 unlined muffin cups; heat in oven 3 minutes.
  • WHISK water and egg together in medium bowl; add pudding mix and gently whisk until moistened.
  • DIVIDE batter evenly into 6 hot muffin cups.
  • BAKE 16-18 minutes or until completely risen and golden brown. Do not open oven during baking.

TIPS

 

Layer jam and fresh berries in center of baked Yorkshire Pudding. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and whipped cream
