Ragoût Gravy Mix with Club House La Grille Steakhouse Onion Flavour

Traditional ragoût gravy with rich onion character and a blend of garlic and black pepper.

Usage Tips

Gravy can be made on the stovetop or in the microwave. Stir in sour cream for a creamier sauce.

 

ALL YOU NEED

  • 1¾ cups (425 mL) water

ALL YOU DO

  • COMBINE water and gravy mix in saucepan.
  • COOK over medium heat, stirring constantly until gravy comes to a boil; simmer 2 minutes.
  • ADD 1 lb (500 g) 1-in (2.5 cm) cooked meatballs to sauce and heat through.

MICROWAVE TIP

  • COMBINE water and gravy mix in 1 qt (1 L) microwave safe bowl.
  • COOK, uncovered on HIGH power for 3-4 minutes until bubbly and thickened, stirring after each minute.

MAKES 1¾ CUPS (425 mL) GRAVY

 

TIPS

 

For creamy gravy, add 2 tbsp (30 mL) sour cream.

Must be cooked for food safety.
