Gluten-Free Pork Gravy

Same great flavour of Club House Pork Gravy just without the gluten.

Usage Tips

For a richer flavour prepare Club House Gluten-Free Pork Gravy as per package directions on the stove top. To make gourmet gravy, use pork drippings and water to equal 1 cup (250 mL ). Any amount of drippings will do, but the more the better.

ALL YOU NEED

  • 1 cup (250 mL) water

ALL YOU DO

  • COMBINE water and gravy mix in saucepan.
  • COOK over medium heat, stirring constantly until gravy comes to a boil; simmer 3 minutes.
  • SERVE over pork, potatoes or your favourite dishes.

MICROWAVE TIP

  • COMBINE water and gravy mix in 1 qt (1 L) microwave safe bowl.
  • COOK, uncovered on HIGH power for 3-4 minutes until bubbly and thickened, stirring after each minute.

MAKES 1 CUP (250 mL) GRAVY

GOURMET TIP

TAKE meat drippings and add water to equal 1 cup (250 mL). Add gravy mix. Cook as above.

Must be cooked for food safety.
