Option 1: SEASONING

Sprinkle Seasoning Mix on 750 g (1 ½ lbs) shrimp, chicken or steak, coating evenly. Cook as desired.

Drizzle 1 kg (2 lbs.) baby red potatoes, quartered with 1 tbsp. olive oil. Sprinkle with 1 pkg. Seasoning Mix, tossing to coat. Bake in preheated 425°F (220°C) oven 35 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Add seasoning mix and ½ package (125g) cream cheese to 2 cups (500 mL ) heavy cream and bring to a light boil in saucepan on medium heat, whisking constantly. Remove from heat and whisk until smooth. Great served over pasta, chicken, or steak.
