  • 1/4 cup (60 mililiters) olive oil
  • 1/4 cup (60 mililiters) French’s Classic Yellow Mustard
  • 1/4 cup (60 mililiters) cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon (15 mililiters) sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 mililiters) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 mililiters) Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 mililiters) Pepper, Coarse Black
  • 3 cups (750 mililiters) thinly sliced, seeded and halved cucumbers
  • 2 cups (500 mililiters) cherry tomatoes , halved
  • 1/2 cup (125 mililiters) thinly sliced red onion

Preparation

  • 1 Mix oil, Mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder and pepper in a medium bowl until well blended. Place cucumbers, tomatoes and onion in large serving bowl. Drizzle with dressing mixture; toss to coat well.
  • 2 Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
