INGREDIENTS 8 SERVINGS
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) olive oil
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) French’s Classic Yellow Mustard
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliters) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliters) Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliters) Pepper, Coarse Black
- 3 cups (750 milliliters) thinly sliced, seeded and halved cucumbers
- 2 cups (500 milliliters) cherry tomatoes , halved
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) thinly sliced red onion
- 1 Mix oil, Mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder and pepper in a medium bowl until well blended. Place cucumbers, tomatoes and onion in large serving bowl. Drizzle with dressing mixture; toss to coat well.
- 2 Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
