- 6 tablespoons (90 milliliters) French’s Classic Yellow Mustard
- 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 milliliter) Pepper Black Ground
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 milliliter) salt
- 1 pound (500 grams) ground beef
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger rolls
- 4 slices crisply cooked bacon
Preparation
- 1 MIX 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of the Mustard, garlic powder, pepper and salt in medium bowl. Add ground beef and mix gently until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.
- 2 GRILL over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes. Brush tops with 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of the Mustard. Turn and brush with an additional 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of the Mustard. Grill 4 to 6 minutes longer or until desired doneness. Add cheese slices to burgers 1 minute before cooking is completed.
- 3 SPREAD remaining 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Mustard on rolls. Top burgers with bacon and serve with desired condiments and toppings.
