- 2 pounds (1 kilogram) ground beef
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) plain breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliters) Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliters) Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliters) salt
- 1 cup (250 milliliters) French's® Tomato Ketchup
Preparation
- 1 PREHEAT oven to 350°F (180°C). Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg and seasonings in large bowl.
- 2 SHAPE into a loaf on shallow baking pan. Pour Ketchup over top.
- 3 BAKE meatloaf 55 to 60 minutes or until cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
