- Creamy Mustard Vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) French’s Classic Yellow Mustard
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) olive oil
- 3 tablespoons (45 milliliters) Liquid Honey Bear
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) sour cream
- 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) Parsley Flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 milliliters) salt
- Green Salad
- 8 cups (2 liters) mixed salad greens , such as green leaf lettuce or Bibb lettuce
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliter) sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) cherry tomatoes , halved
- 4 hard-cooked eggs , peeled and chopped
Preparation
- 1 For the Vinaigrette, mix all ingredients in a small bowl with a whisk until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 2 To assemble salad, place 1 cup of mixed greens on each serving plate. Top with carrots, onion, cucumber, tomatoes and eggs. Drizzle with Creamy Mustard Vinaigrette.
