  • 1 pkg (600 g) frozen mango, thawed
  • 1 can (400 ml) Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk
  • 2 cups (500 ml) steel-cut oats
  • 4 cups (1 l) plain unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) Liquid Honey Beehive
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup (250 ml) unsweetened shredded coconut

Preparation

  • 1 Lightly grease inside of slow cooker.
  • 2 Place all ingredients in slow cooker and stir to thoroughly combine. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 8 hours.
