  • 1 package (3 1/2 cups) baby carrots, or sliced carrots
  • 1 cup (250 mililiter) Chicken Cooking Stock
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (125 mililiter) 2% partly skimmed milk
  • 1/4 cup (50 mililiter) Liquid Honey Bee
  • Ground Nutmeg , To taste

Preparation

  • 1 In a large saucepan, combine carrots, chicken stock and onion. Cover and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes, or until carrots are tender.
  • 2 Transfer mixture to blender or food processor; blend until smooth. Return to saucepan.
  • 3 Add milk and honey. Return to simmer. Serve hot or chilled, sprinkled with nutmeg.
