  • 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) honey
  • 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) water Substitution Available
    • chicken stock
  • 4 tablespoons (60 milliliters) Stubb’s® Rye Whiskey and Black Pepper Seasoning , divided
  • 3 pounds (1 1/2 kilograms) bone-in pork chops , about 1-inch (2 1/2-cm) thick

Preparation

  • 1 Bring honey, water, and 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of the Seasoning to boil in small saucepan. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Set aside.
  • 2 Rub pork chops evenly on all sides with remaining 3 tablespoons (45 ml) Seasoning.
  • 3 Grill over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until desired doneness (internal temperature should reach 145°F), brushing with some of the glaze during last 1 to 2 minutes cooking. Allow pork to rest 5 minutes. Brush with remaining glaze to serve.
