  • 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) Stubb’s® Sweet & Smoky Maple Rub
  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 pounds (750 grams) salmon fillets

Preparation

  • 1 Mix Rub, sugar, oil and vinegar in small bowl. Rub salmon with seasoning paste. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
  • 2 Place salmon, skin-side down, on grill over medium heat. Cover. Grill about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. To remove salmon, slide a long spatula between the skin and flesh of the cooked salmon, leaving the skin behind.
