INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound (500 gram) lean ground beef
  • 1 cup (250 mililiter) Beef Cooking Stock
  • 1/4 cup (60 mililiter) soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon (30 mililiter) packed brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic , finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon (15 mililiter) Sesame Seed
  • 3/4 teaspoon (4 mililiter) Ginger Ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 mililiter) Red Pepper Crushed

Preparation

  • 1 Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Heat large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef mixture to skillet. Cook and stir until meat is browned.
  • 2 Reduce heat to medium. Cook 5 minutes longer or until meat is cooked through, stirring frequently.
  • 3 Serve in lettuce leaves with cooked rice and kimchi, sprinkled with additional sesame seeds and sliced green onion, if desired.
