- 2 1/2 cups (625 milliliters) almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliters) baking powder
- 3 tablespoons (45 milliliters) Matcha Green Tea and Ginger Seasoning
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliters) Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) liquid honey bee (billy bee/)
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) white chocolate chips
Preparation
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- 2 Whisk together almond flour, baking powder, matcha seasoning and coconut in large mixing bowl. In separate mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla and honey.
- 3 Add egg mixture to dry ingredients and stir until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
- 4 Roll dough into 1-inch (2.5 cm) balls and place on lightly-greased baking sheet. Flatten gently with a fork.
- 5 Bake 14 minutes or until cookies are almost firm.
