  • 8 1-inch (2.5 cm) thick slices brioche bread (approx. 1 loaf)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup (250 milliliter) sugar
  • 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) Cinnamon Seasoning with Chia
  • 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) butter, divided
  • 1 teaspoon (5 milliliter) Pure Vanilla Extract

Preparation

  • 1 Beat eggs in a 13 x 9 (33 x 23 cm) baking dish. Whisk in milk, sugar, cinnamon seasoning, and vanilla. Place bread in pan, soaking for 5 minutes per side.
  • 2 Melt 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter in large non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place 4 slices in skillet. Cook 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining butter and slices. Serve with maple syrup and additional cinnamon seasoning, if desired.
