- 1 loaf (450 grams) Italian bread
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) butter , melted
- 2 teaspoons (10 milliliters) Garlic Roasted
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Cut bread diagonally without cutting all the way through. Repeat in the opposite direction to create a diamond pattern.
