  • 1 loaf (450 g) Italian bread
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) butter melted
  • 2 tsps (10 ml) Garlic Roasted
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Cut bread diagonally without cutting all the way through. Repeat in the opposite direction to create a diamond pattern.
  • 2 Mix butter and roasted garlic in small bowl. Brush over bread, pushing into the cuts to soak into bread. Sprinkle with cheese, pushing cheese into the cuts. Place bread on foil-lined baking pan.
  • 3 Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
