- 4 6 oz. (160 g) salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) French’s Dijon Mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) olive oil
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) Minced Garlic
Preparation
- 1 SEASON salmon with salt and pepper. Place into greased baking dish, skin side down.
- 2 MIX remaining ingredients. Reserve 1/3 cup (75 mL) sauce. Spread remaining sauce over salmon pieces.
- 3 BAKE salmon at 400°F( 200° C) for 10 to 15 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
- 4 Serve with the reserved mustard sauce.
