  • 1 (200 g) unbaked pie crust dough
  • 1 cup (250 ml) cooked ham
  • 1 cup (250 ml) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsps (30 ml) finely diced onion
  • 2 tbsps (30 ml) finely diced green bell pepper
  • 2 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) milk
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) French’s Dijon Mustard

Preparation

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Press pie crust dough in a 9-inch (23 cm) deep dish pie plate. Combine ham and cheese and spread on bottom of pie crust. Sprinkle onion, pepper and bacon on top.
  • 2 Beat eggs. Add milk and mustard and whisk together until combined. Pour mixture over ingredients in pie plate.
  • 3 Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes.
