- 1 (200 grams) unbaked pie crust dough
- 1 cup (250 milliliters) cooked ham
- 1 cup (250 milliliters) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) finely diced onion
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) finely diced green bell pepper
- 2 slices bacon , cooked and crumbled
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup (175 milliliters) milk
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) French’s Dijon Mustard
Preparation
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Press pie crust dough in a 9-inch (23 cm) deep dish pie plate. Combine ham and cheese and spread on bottom of pie crust. Sprinkle onion, pepper and bacon on top.
- 2 Beat eggs. Add milk and mustard and whisk together until combined. Pour mixture over ingredients in pie plate.
- 3 Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes.
