- 1 package French's® Meat Marinade Seasoning Mix
- 2/3 cup (150 milliliters) water
- 2 pounds (1 kilogram) beef, pork or chicken
Preparation
- 1 In shallow glass dish or large resealable plastic bag, combine contents of package and water. Pierce meat with fork. Add to marinade, turning to coat all sides.
- 2 Cover dish or seal plastic bag. Marinate in refrigerator at least 15 or up to 90 minutes.
- 3 Remove meat from marinade and roast, broil or pan fry to desired doneness. Discard any leftover marinade.
- 4 Test Kitchen Tip: For best results use round, sirloin tip, blade, cross rib or flank roasts or steaks.
