Pump up your Bratwurst with this flavourful ketchup mixed with curry and onions.
- 1 HEAT saucepan on medium heat. Add oil, onions and curry powder; cook until onions are softened, about 2 minutes. Add water and ketchup; simmer about 10 minutes to blend flavors. Cool slightly.
- 2 PLACE bratwursts on rolls. Top each with about 1/4 cup (60ml) sauce to serve.
