- 2 cups (500 milliliters) French's® Fried Onion Crunchy Toppers
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) grated Parmesan cheese
- 500 grams boneless chicken tenders
Preparation
- 1 CRUSH French's Crunchy Onions in plastic bag with hands or rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper.
- 2 COMBINE mayonnaise and cheese. Brush mixture on chicken. Dip into Crunchy Onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- 3 BAKE at 400° F (200° C) for 15 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
- 4 Tip: If chicken tenders are not available, substitute boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) wide strips.
