Preparation

  • 1 Bring water to boil in medium saucepan. Reduce heat; add hot dogs and simmer 3 to 4 minutes. Remove hot dogs and pat dry with paper towel.
  • 2 Serve hot dogs in rolls, topped with shredded cabbage and drizzled with Mustard and Ketchup.
