- 1 Reserve several slices of banana for garnish. Layer 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey, ¼ of the pre-sliced banana, 2 tbsp (30 mL) yogurt, 2 tbsp (30 mL) granola, 1/4 of the sliced banana, 2 tbsp (30 mL) yogurt, 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey and 2 tbsp (30 mL) granola in parfait glass.
- 2 Repeat for second parfait. Garnish with reserved banana and honey.
