  • 1 teaspoon (5 mililiter) Liquid Honey Upside Down Squeeze
  • 3 tablespoon (45 mililiter) dark rum
  • 4 tablespoon (60 mililiter) ice cream (vanilla or your favourite)
  • 1/2 can (175 mililiter) root beer

Preparation

  • 1 Spray inside of 4-quart (4-L) slow cooker with no stick cooking spray. Add carrots and melted butter; toss to coat. Cover.
  • 2 Cook on HIGH 3 to 4 hours or until tender.
  • 3 Meanwhile, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and salt in small bowl until well blended. Toss cooked carrots with brown sugar mixture in slow cooker just before serving.
