- 2 racks baby back ribs (about 2 pounds/1 kilogram each)

Preparation
- 1 Remove membrane from back of each rack of ribs. Rub ribs evenly on both sides with Texas All-Purpose Rub.

Prepare grill for indirect medium-low heat (250°F to 325°F). Preheat grill by turning all burners to medium with lid closed. Turn off burner(s) on one side of the grill. Turn burner on the other side to medium-low. Place ribs on unlit side of grill. Close lid.
Note: To maintain medium-low heat (250°F to 325°F), keep lid closed and adjust lit burner as necessary. Directions were developed using a gas grill. Grills vary; cooking time is approximate. - 3 Grill 2 to 3 hours or until ribs are tender and meat starts to pull away from bones. Move ribs to lit side of grill. Turn lit side of grill to medium-high.

Grill, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes per side or until evenly browned. Brush with your favorite Stubb’s® Bar-B-Q Sauce, if desired. Cut into sections to serve.
Oven Directions: Prepare ribs as directed. Place in single layer on foil-lined baking pan. Cover with foil. Bake in preheated 300°F (150°C) oven 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until meat starts to pull away from bones. Remove foil and broil 2 to 3 minutes or until browned.
