  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliter) low-fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliter) lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon (7 milliliter) sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliter) Turmeric Ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliter) Sea Salt Grinder
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 milliliter) Cinnamon Ground

Preparation
