INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) apricot jam
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) Red Pepper Crushed
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) Chili Pepper Ancho
  • 1 cup (250 ml) crushed ice
  • 1 cup (250 ml) halved strawberries
  • 4 oz (120 ml) tequila
  • 2 oz (60 ml) orange-flavoured liqueur, such as Cointreau or Grand Marnier
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) mango juice or mango nectar

Preparation

  • 1 Combine all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth. Pour into glasses.
