  • 1 In a heat-proof beverage glass, whisk together Matcha seasoning and boiling water. Stir in honey.
  • 2 In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring milk to a simmer, making sure not to burn it. Remove from heat and using a whisk or a milk frother, froth the milk.
  • 3 Using a spoon to hold back the foam, pour the warm milk over matcha mixture. Top with foam.
  • 4 Tip: To make an iced version, whisk together hot water and Matcha seasoning in heat-proof beverage glass. Add ice and pour in milk of choice. Stir in honey to taste.
