  • 1 large prepared flatbread
  • 2 teaspoon (10 milliliter) olive oil
  • 4 teaspoon (20 milliliter) limited edition hawaiian woodfire bbq seasoning (la grille/)
  • 1 cup (250 milliliter) chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup (125 milliliter) drained canned diced pineapple
  • 1/2 cup (125 milliliter) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Cilantro and diced avocado, for serving

Preparation

  • 1 Preheat grill to medium heat.
  • 2 Brush flatbread with oil and sprinkle with 1 tbsp (15 mL) seasoning. Top with chicken and pineapple, then cheese. Sprinkle with remaining 1 tsp (5 mL) seasoning.
  • 3 Grill, covered, 10 minutes, or until flatbread is lightly browned and cheese is melted.
  • 4 Top with avocado and cilantro before cutting into 8 pieces to serve.
