  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliter) vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) Roasted Red Chili Paste
  • 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) Fish Sauce
  • 2 teaspoon (10 milliliter) sugar
  • 2 cups (500 milliliter) asparagus pieces
  • 1 cup (250 milliliter) thinly sliced onion
  • 1 pound (500 gram) boneless pork loin, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 cup (125 milliliter) thinly sliced red bell pepper
  • 1/3 cup (80 milliliter) mint leaves, coarsely chopped

Preparation

  • 1 In large skillet or wok, heat oil on medium-high heat. Add chili paste, fish sauce and sugar; stir fry 1 minute. Add asparagus and onion; stir fry 3 minutes. Cover. Cook 3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • 2 Add pork and bell pepper; stir fry 2 to 3 minutes or until pork is cooked through. Stir in mint. Serve.
