  • 2 tbsps (30 ml) Roasted Red Chili Paste
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
  • 2 tsps (10 ml) minced lemongrass (optional)
  • 1 1/2 pounds (750 g) salmon fillets

Preparation

  • 1 In small bowl, combine chili paste, oil and lemongrass until well blended. Place salmon in glass dish. Spread chili paste mixture on both sides of salmon.
  • 2 Grill over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
