  • 1 cup (250 milliliter) vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup (250 milliliter) ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup (125 milliliter) sliced fruit, such as strawberries, mango or banana
  • 1 cup (250 milliliter) Coconut Milk

Preparation

  • 1 In blender, place ice cream, ice cubes, fruit and sugar. Add coconut milk; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • 2 Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
