INGREDIENTS 3 SERVINGS
- 1 cup (250 milliliter) vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup (250 milliliter) ice cubes
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliter) sliced fruit, such as strawberries, mango or banana
- 1 cup (250 milliliter) Coconut Milk
- 1 In blender, place ice cream, ice cubes, fruit and sugar. Add coconut milk; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.
- 2 Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
