Savory Beef Stew
I start with the Club House slower cooker seasoning for Beef Stew, instead of the 1 1/3 cup water I replace the 1 cup portion with red wine..I follow the rest of directions and also add 1/2 head garlic peeled and 1 sprip fresh rosemary. Serve with fresh bread.

Chicken Chili
I use the Clubhouse Chili seasoning mix follow directions substituting pulled chicken in place of ground beef. I find the already whole cooked chickens at grocery store make chili a quick and easy dinner for any night of the week.

Curried Coconut Cauliflower
I use Indian Marsala one step blend seasoning, 1 can coconut milk, and a fresh head of cauliflower, washed and broken into bite size pieces. Bring coconut milk in saute pan to simmer, add seasoning and cauliflower - steam without lid until tender. Delicious with prawns or chicken thrown in and served over rice.

Truck Free Souvlaki
No need to chase down the Souvlaki truck when you can make your own at home, quick and easy, with Club House Marinade and seasonings. Ahead of time, soak desired number of wooden skewers (1-2 per person) in water for 30 minutes or more. Cut uncooked pork (loin is best) into cubes. Place cut pork into a shallow container or reclosable bag and add enough Club House Wet Marinade Lemon & Black Pepper - ensuring the pork is well coated on all sides. Seal and refrigerate for 30 minutes. In a large bowl, combine fresh diced tomatoes, diced cucumber, finely chopped onion and enough olive oil and squeeze of lemon juice to lightly toss. Sprinkle on Club House Oregano Leaves and Lemon & Pepper dry seasonings to taste. Thread several pieces of marinated pork onto each skewer and cook on the grill until no longer pink in the center. Lightly brush one side of flat style pita bread with olive oil and add a sprinkle of Club House Garlic Powder. Toast on the grill. To assemble souvlaki, slide the cooked pork cubes off of skewer, with a fork, onto the coated side of a pita - add a generous spoon of the tomatoe/cucumber mixture and top with crumbled feta cheese and a dollop of Balkan style plain yogurt. Enjoy! YUM!!!

Smokey Roasted Potatoes
One of our favourite ways to enjoy potatoes with a meal is to pan roast them. Wash and dice potatoes into 1 inch cubes. Toss with grapeseed oil (or another oil of your choice) and microwave for 5 minutes on high. Remove from the microwave and generously sprinkle with Club House Smoked Paprika & Rosemary, and toss thoroughly. We find that the Club House Smoked Paprika adds enough flavour that we do not need to add salt. Toss into a non- stick pan and dry roast on medium to medium high heat for about 20 minutes, tossing frequently to evenly roast. Serve and enjoy the compliments!
