All You Need
1/3 cup (75 mL) olive oil
1/3 cup (75 mL) Club House Greek One Step Seasoning
3 tbsp (45 mL) lemon juice
1 seedless cucumber, unpeeled
4 medium tomatoes, seeded
1 cup (250 mL) kalamata (Greek) olives
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup (250 mL) feta cheese, crumbled
All You Do
Dressing: Combine oil, Club House Greek One Step Seasoning and lemon juice. Let stand while preparing salad.
Salad: Cut cucumber and tomatoes into chucks. Toss in large bowl with olives, onion and dressing. Mix well. Add feta; toss lightly just to blend.
Tip:
ยท Feta can be sprinkled on top of salad rather than mixed in.
